Kilmainhamwood 9-3.

Our U-13 team played a tough game against our close neighbours Kilmainhamwood last night in the Wood’.

It was a very exciting match with fantastic skills on display by both teams. It was the home team who started the strongest and they played some nice football during the opening half despite Moynalty having a strong wind in the first half. Strong wind or not but they didn’t take advantage of this and they went in at half time loosing by 4 points. 2-10 to 6-02.

Goals were key in this game and Moynalty managed to get 5 in the second half.

Playing against the wind and against strong opposition they lifted their game and played some fantastic football. It was a great team performance all both in defence and attack. Well done to all involved.
