Bernadette Mc Cabe R.I.P.


It is with great sadness that we hear of the passing this afternoon of Bernadette Mc Cabe. We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the Mc Cabe Family at this time of loss. May She Rest In Peace.

The death has occurred of Bernadette McCabe (nee McKenna), Salford, Moynalty, Kells, Co. Meath, 18th January 2018, peacefully at home. Bernadette was a much loved wife of Desmond for almost 60 years and a cherished mother to Marie, Baby Eugene, Annette, Maeve, Brona, Deirdre, Jennifer and John. She was an adored grandmother to her 20 grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother T.P. and sister Una, she is survived by her brothers Raphael, John and Peter, her sisters, Sr. Annette, Sr. Imelda, Sally and Angela. She will be sadly missed by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nephews, grandnephews, nieces, grandnieces, cousins and many friends.

Rest in peace Bernadette.

Reposing at her home on Saturday from 4pm to 8pm with prayers at 7.45pm. House private thereafter. Funeral Mass at 11am on Sunday in the Church of the Assumption, Moynalty with burial afterwards in Moynalty Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Meath Palliative Care c/o Peter Duffy, Funeral Director.
