Some upcoming courses in Meath. Clubs are encouraged to put in their requests through their GPO for 2020 courses in the next week if possible. The Foundation Award is aimed at beginner coaches and will enable participants to teach the basic skills of the game through drills & fun activities. Participants must be aged 18+ to complete this course. This is course is usually held over 2-3 sessions and includes both theory and practical sessions. This course costs €10 per person.
Sports Capital Grant News
This Morning Our Club Got Some Great News. Our club received €82,072 from the #SportsCapitalGrant!! This will go along with the money we raised from our recent Lip Sync fundraiser back in March. To develop our pitch with an all weather pitch, and a kicking wall to develop skills and confidence for our young players. The work that went into getting this grant was tremendous and the Club would like to thank everyone involved in the processing of the application. Roll on our pit


Tailteann Cup: Easy for Moynalty in Donore
Moynalty 6-23 St. Marys 1-13 Moynalty proved too strong for St Marys in this opening round of the Tailteann Cup played in Donore. The visitors were 1-10 to 0-0 inside 14 minutes with scores from Paul Lynch 0-4, Christy Cahill 1-0, Ronan Lynch 0-2, Carl Lynch 0-2, James Cassidy and Cormac Kearney 0-1. FL Div 3: Moynalty halt losing sequence Moynalty 2-11 Blackhall Gaels 1-12 After four straight losses Moynalty got back to winning ways in the Division 3 of the All County Football League. JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND 2 MOYNALTY v CARNAROSS
MOYNALTY 0:15, CARNAROSS 1:11. Moynalty played neighbours Carnaross in Round 2 of the JFC in Páirc Tailteann on Sunday. Paul Lynch got Moynalty off the mark kicking over two frees. MOYNALTY 0:05, DUNDERRY 3:14 Moynalty Junior C Championship started off on a bad note against Dunderry on Saturday in Moynalty. Dunderry were the sharpest playing with a gael force wind they went 1:11 up. Moynalty failed to get on the score board.

MOYNALTY 1:10, CLONARD 2:07 Moynalty played Clonard in Round 1 of the Junior Championship in Athboy on Sunday. Clonard started the scoring playing with the wind and hit the first score from a free.
